OCTÉ Lift and SECA have in-house design offices and their own manufacturing facilities (covering sheet metal work, cabling, and electrical assembly), enabling them to design and produce custom elevators while maintaining total control over the value chain.

Our custom design process
Analysis and Feasibility
Our engineers conduct a comprehensive analysis of your project, covering architectural constraints, loads, usage frequency, and regulatory and aesthetic requirements. A technical feasibility report is produced before any commitment is made.
Design and Detailed Drawings
The engineering department produces detailed construction drawings, calculation notes, and electrical schematics. Each custom-made component is designed and validated prior to fabrication.
Manufacturing and integration
Custom components (cabins, doors, structures) are manufactured in our workshops (sheet metal work, wiring, electromechanical assembly) and integrated with standardized components to ensure maximum reliability.
