Complete replacement
When should you opt for a complete replacement?
A complete elevator replacement is necessary when the existing unit has reached the end of its technical lifespan, when maintenance and partial modernization costs outweigh the cost-effectiveness of a renovation, or when the building’s needs have changed (e.g., increased capacity, change of use, or new accessibility requirements).
Our complete replacement process
Assessment and Design
Our technicians carry out a comprehensive assessment of the existing installation and the shaft. We evaluate optimization opportunities (technology upgrades, capacity increases, adding levels) and propose the solution best suited to the building and its usage.
Dismantling and Removal
The dismantling of the old elevator is entrusted to our partner installation subcontractors, selected for their expertise and knowledge of operational constraints in occupied buildings.
Installation and commissioning
The installation of the new elevator in the existing shaft is coordinated by the trades working on the site. Commissioning involves an inspection by an accredited body prior to handover to the client.
