OCTÉ is an independent French industrial group with a European footprint, comprising five entities specializing in elevators, sheet metal work, and electrical solutions. With a history dating back to 1962 and operations across several European countries, OCTÉ has established itself as a key partner for elevator companies, manufacturers, and demanding clients. All group entities are ISO 9001 certified and share a committed QSE policy that complies with the ISO 14001 standard.

OCTÉ Lift — The French specialist in custom elevator solutions
Founded in 1962 and based in Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais (Eure-et-Loir), OCTÉ Lift serves as the Group’s commercial and technical driving force. A leading European partner, OCTÉ Lift supplies elevator companies with components, complete or partial modernization kits, and technical services tailored to existing buildings. With a workforce of 52 employees, a turnover of €18 million in 2024, and over 1,000 modernization projects completed annually, OCTÉ Lift also maintains 3,000 m² of storage space to ensure rapid delivery times. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, the company counts major industry players—such as OTIS, KONE, Schindler, and TK Elevator—among its clients.

SECA — French manufacturer of custom-made elevators and lifts since 1958
Based in Poitiers (Vienne), SECA specializes in the design and manufacture of elevators, lifts for people with reduced mobility (PRM), car lifts, and custom-made towers. With a workforce of 50 employees, a 4,500 m² production facility, and a turnover of €12 million in 2025, SECA has delivered over 8,200 projects since 1999. Its expertise regarding the Lifts Directive and the Machinery Directive enables it to operate in demanding environments, including architectural projects, the nuclear industry, ATEX zones, and seismic areas. Its client portfolio includes the Ritz, RATP, LVMH, the French Senate, and the MUCEM.

OCTÉ Industry — Experts in sheet metal work, boiler making and industrial metal fabrication and welding
Basée à Fontaine-la-Guyon (Eure-et-Loir), OCTÉ Industry est le bras manufacturier du groupe. Issue de MGMI, fondée en 1989 et intégrée au groupe en 2009, OCTÉ Industry exploite un atelier de 4 500 m² équipé de machines performantes. Avec 34 collaborateurs, un chiffre d’affaires de 6,4 M€ en 2024 et une consommation annuelle de 430 tonnes d’acier, OCTÉ Industry produit des pièces sur mesure en tôlerie fine, chaudronnerie et mécano-soudure pour des clients industriels de la région Centre-Val de Loire et d’Île-de-France, dont KONE, OTIS ou encore La Cornue. Certifiée ISO 9001 depuis 2012 et ISO 14001 depuis 2018.

OCTÉ Electric Spain — Over 100 years of expertise in wiring and electrical harnesses
Based in Hernani, in the Spanish Basque Country, OCTÉ Electric Spain is the group’s longest-standing entity in terms of industrial history, boasting over a century of experience in the manufacture of electrical harnesses and wiring. Integrated into the OCTÉ Group in 2012, OCTÉ Electric Spain has a workforce of 47 employees and generated €31 million in revenue in 2024—the highest in the group. With production facilities spanning 6,000 m² and an annual output of over one million units (equating to 4,400 km of wiring), OCTÉ Electric Spain has held ISO 9001 certification since 2014 and counts clients such as Schindler, OTIS, and Semat among its customers.

OCTÉ Electric Czech — The powerhouse of production at the heart of Central Europe
OCTÉ Electric Czech, which joined the OCTÉ Group in 2020, is based in Rumburk in the northwestern Czech Republic. Specializing in the contract manufacturing of cables and electrical components, the company benefits from a strategic location for serving industrial clients across Central Europe. With a workforce of 66 employees, a 2,600 m² production facility, and an annual capacity of 5.5 million cables and electrical wires, OCTÉ Electric Czech generated €1.7 million in revenue in 2024 and partners with major players such as KONE, OTIS, and Alberto Sassi.
